Leading two-wheeler manufacturer Bajaj Auto said on Wednesday it closed November with 3.41 percent volume growth.
In a statement, the company said it sold 270,886 two-wheeler units in November 2015 against 261,948 units sold in the same period in 2014.
Under commercial vehicles segment, Baja Auto sold 38,787 units last month, which also included 66 units of its quadricycle Qute.
In November 2014, the company logged sales of 47,311 commercial vehicles, registering a decline of 18 percent in the analysed month.
Total sales in November, including two-wheelers and commercial vehicles, stood at 309,673, out of which 137,315 units were exported.
Exports, however, declined by 17 percent in November 2015 compared to the year ago period. Bajaj Auto exported 165,733 vehicles in November 2014.
The company sold a total of 27,32,120 vehicles from April to November in 2015, of which exports accounted for 12,61,605 units.
