Spanish football powerhouse FC Barcelona's first team began preparations on Monday for the first leg of their Champions League semi-final tie against German champions Bayern Munich without injured defender Jordi Alba who trained alone.
The full back ended Saturday's game against Cordoba in pain and did not join his teammates at the Joan Gamper sports complex, reports Efe.
Barcelona manager Luis Enrique Martinez stated after the match that Alba only suffered from a blow and the Spain international should join the rest of the squad at the next session.
The Catalan side did not train on Sunday but will train again on Tuesday.
