Senior Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh leader Suresh Joshi was re-elected itss general secretary for the third consecutive term here on Saturday.
The unanimous election of Joshi, known as Bhaiyyaji Joshi, was made by around 1,400 delegates from across the country at the All-India Pratinidhi Sabha, the highest decision making body of the RSS.
He will hold the post of Sarkaryavah, second to the RSS chief, till March 2018.
He will now choose a team of three joint secretaries to assist him in the organisational affairs. Dattatreya Hosbole, Krishan Gopal and Suresh Soni have been comprising this team at present.
The development came at the ongoing three-day Sabha conclave which will conclude here on Sunday.
