At least five people were killed and seven injured Thursday in a blast in Pakistan's Peshawar city, police said.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Fazl-i-Wahid, the bomb exploded near a car workshop and pick-up stand in Sarozai bazaar area of Budhbher in Peshawar.
Wahid said the injured, including children, have been taken to the Lady Reading Hospital for emergency treatment, Dawn online reported.
Wahid said an investigation was going on and he could not say anything about the exact nature of the blast.
