As drastic rise in the air pollution level has become a major concern with children leading to multiple health issue across all age groups, Blueair Champions, an air purification solutions, started a campaign across schools to spread the basic awareness on clean air breathing.
Under this campaign, Blueair will reach out to more than thousand schools across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune to engage and create awareness and provide a platform for the new generation to bring in innovative ideas to curb the menace of the hazardous issue of air-pollution.
The event which will be rolled out on pan India basis, will reward the best innovative thoughts amongst the participants.
"With an increasing air pollution level and our lack of awareness, we are putting ourselves and our children at risk. Children breathe more rapidly than adults, taking in more air in relation to their body weights. This makes them more vulnerable to air pollution. Children participating in this contest will also learn how to care for the society and create a better tomorrow," said Girish Bapat, Director South Asia, Middle East and Africa, said in a statement.
