The bodies of a woman and three children were Tuesday found in West Bengal's Jalpaiguri district, police saidsaid.
Police were yet to identify the bodies or ascertain the cause of death.
"We have found four bodies that of a woman and three minors, including a year-old baby, near Dhupguri railway station. The yet-to-be identified bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination to ascertain the cause of death," a police officer said.
"Prime facie it appears they died due to cold," the officer said.
