Actors like Kalki Koechlin and Ali Zafar are upbeat about the India premiere of "The X-Files: Event Series" -- a mini-series that's a revival of the iconic show which pioneered the paranormal sci-fi wave.
The show will air in India on Star World Premiere HD at 9 p.m. on Saturday.
"The X-Files" had developed a cult fan following right since its inception in 1992 all the way through to 2002. Now 13 years later, series creator Chris Carter has revived the series with a six-episode mini-series - 'The X-Files: Event Series", which comes as a treat for sci-fi fans.
Actors David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson return as Former FBI special agents who worked on The X-Files - strange and unexplained cases involving paranormal phenomena.
