Rapper Chris Brown has been ordered during a court hearing to complete an additional 1,000 hours of community labour.

Dailymail.co.uk reports that a judge sentenced Brown to 1,000 more hours of community service on Friday after the Los Angeles County district attorney discovered discrepancies in the singer's previous community service reports.

Brown supposedly completed his prior 180-day community service sentence -- awarded to him following his assaulting Rihanna -- but it appears that he won't get credit for those hours. That's because the district attorney believes Brown violated his probation by submitting fraudulent reports about how much work he actually did.

In one example from the district attorney, the singer allegedly was headed off to Cancun despite officially stating that he was picking up trash in Virginia.

But the prosecutor did agree to reinstate Brown's probation, which was revoked last month as a result of an alleged hit-and-run incident in May, which was recently dismissed.

The 24-year-old will now have several choices in terms of community service - he can work for Caltrans on highway cleanup, beach cleanup, probation alternative work services (PAWS) or graffiti removal, according to TMZ.
