Actor Nathan Fillion says the quality of a character that is charming is to be able to "disarm and gain trust" of the audience.
"Anytime you say something about a quality of a character that's 'charming,' I think a lot of people make the mistake and think of skeevy, but charming is someone who admires you, can disarm you, and gain your trust," Fillion said in a statement.
Fillion has given voice-over for Sterling in forthcoming film "Cars 3".
Disney-Pixar's "Cars 3" brings a fantasy world of cars where they are not just metal bodies but talk and feel like humans. It narrates the story of racing car Lighting McQueen, and how he overcomes all the challenges. The film is slated to release in India on June 16.
Talking about his role, the "Castle" star said: "He's a smart guy. He wants to protect Lightning by pulling him out of racing while he's still a winner. He recognises that Lightning is a brand and by protecting him, he's also protecting his ability to make money. Sterling has his eye on the future and he knows how to succeed."
Actors like Owen Wilson, Cristela Alonzo and Armie Hammer have also given voice to the characters of Brian Fee directorial.
