Chinese and Thai special forces will hold joint anti-terrorism training Dec 8-21 in Thailand, according to China's Defence Ministry Sunday.
The drill, code-named "Strike-2013", is the fourth time that the armies of the two countries will hold such anti-terror training since 2007, reports Xinhua.
"The drill is aimed at deepening pragmatic cooperation, and increase mutual trust and friendship between the two militaries," the defence ministry said.
The two armies will also explore new ways of joint implementation of anti-terror action through the training, according to the ministry.
