A travel agency in China has announced a New Year's package with option to board a helicopter and fly over North Korea's capital city of Pyongyang, the media reported.
The agency made the package announcement on Thursday. It features a six-day trip featuring a firework show on New Year's Eve in the centre of Pyongyang's Kim Il-sung Square. It is priced at $974, the People's Daily reported.
If a tourist is willing to pay an extra $321, he or she will be able to fly over Pyongyang on a Russian Mi-17 helicopter.
The agency also announced a tour for visitors to participate in or watch the Pyongyang Marathon on April 10, 2016.
Only 1,500 foreign participants will be allowed by the North Korean government in the marathon.
