Actor Chris Hemsworth is thankful his wife Elsa Pataky has been supportive and allowed him to focus on his career.
The "Thor: Ragnarok" star has been married to Spanish actress Elsa Pataky for almost seven years and they have three children together.
Since they met in 2010, the former "Home And Away" hunk's film career has skyrocketed thanks to starring roles in "Avengers" blockbusters while his spouse has been happy to take a "supporting" role and step back from the spotlight, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"A marriage is a partnership, and you both have to put aside your own individual wants and realise it's a mutual adventure," Hemsworth told US entertainment show "Extra".
He added: "My wife definitely put aside her career. She had done, like 20 films in Europe in French, Spanish, and then we had kids and she said, 'This is your bit, do it and I'm here for you, supporting.' I'm incredibly thankful for that."
