Oscar-winner Christian Bale, who has played popular characters like Batman and Moses, may take on another iconic role on the big screen -- that of late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs -- in an upcoming biopic.
Based on Walter Isaacson's biography "Steve Jobs", the real-life drama will be directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Danny Boyle and written by Aaron Sorkin, reports variety.com.
Earlier there was news that Leonardo DiCaprio was approached for the lead role, but he eventually denied it.
In the past, Ashton Kutcher has previously played the role of Steve Jobs in the 2013 biopic "Jobs", directed by Joshua Michael Stern.
