It was a cloudy Sunday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at five notches above the season's average at 12 degrees Celsius.
The dense fog has, however, continued to affect the movement of trains in the city.
The Met Office has forecast a clear day ahead.
"The sky will remain clear throughout the day. Light fog is expected in the evening," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 17 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 91 percent while the visibility was 500 metres.

According to an official of the Northern Railway, 23 trains coming to the city were running late while the departure of two trains was rescheduled, and 15 other trains were cancelled due to lack of adequate visibility.
Saturday was cloudy in Delhi and the city received some rainfall.
The maximum temperature Saturday settled at 16.8 degrees Celsius, four notches below the season's average. The minimum temperature settled at 13.8 degrees Celsius, seven notches above the season's average.
