CMI Ltd, the manufacturer of specialty cables, on Tuesday announced 76 per cent increase in revenue in 2015-2016 compared to the last fiscal.
The revenues were Rs 240.22 crore in 2015-2016 as against Rs 135.75 crore in the previous fiscal, marking an increase of 76.95 per cent on a year-on-year basis, it said in a statement.
The revenues for Q4 2015-16 stood at Rs 71.23 crore as against Rs. 66.44 crore, marking an increase of 7.22 per cent.
The profit after tax for 2015-16 stood at Rs 16.99 crore as against Rs 6.30 crore in 2014-15.
CMI Ltd, the BSE listed manufacturer, in April announced beginning of production at its new facility in Baddi in Himachal Pradesh. The facility is part of the recently-acquired General Cable Energy Private Ltd from General Cable Corporation.
