Like anywhere else in the world, peace between India and Pakistan can be achieved only through continued dialogue, Pakistan's High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit said here on Monday.

Speaking at an inter-action in the Uttar Pradesh capital, Basit said time has come to breach the limited trade status between the two countries.

Though Basit said there should be ease in getting visas in both countries, he admitted that things between the two nations cannot change overnight.

He also called for more trade between the two neighbours.
