The Delhi unit of the BJP is targeting induction of 15 lakh new members ahead of the forthcoming polls, it was announced at a workshop organized for party leaders, cells and office bearers here Tuesday.
Inaugurating the workshop, Delhi party chief Satish Upadhyay invited Delhiites to become member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) by calling on 18002662020.
Party leader Prabhat Jha, who is also in-charge of Delhi, asked the district presidents to put up hoardings and banners all over the city to attract maximum number of people to join the party.
With the dissolution of the Delhi Assembly, elections are likely to be held in Delhi soon.
