Delhi Congress holds meeting on manifesto

The Delhi Congress unit Saturday held its first meeting of the party's manifesto and publicity committee, ahead of assembly elections.

"The meeting had extensive discussions on the preparations for publicity and for the preparation of the election manifesto," a statement from the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) Saturday said.

The meeting was presided over by the chairman of the committee and DPCC president Jai Prakash Agarwal, party in-charge of Delhi Shakeel Ahmed, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and her cabinet ministers.
