Delhiites will soon be able to learn Sanskrit at the 75 Sanskrit teaching centers the government has decided to open, it was announced on Wednesday.
Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said a three-month certificate course will be offered at these centres and there will be three two-hour sessions a week.
Every family in Delhi should be able to understand Sanskrit being used in day-to-day life and that's the aim of the course, he said.
Sisodia said a committee will design the course in a month's time and the centers will open soon.
