Delhi woke up to a pleasant Sunday morning with minimum temperature recorded at 8.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average. The Met Office has forecast a clear day ahead.
"There was moderate fog in the morning. However, the sky will remain mainly clear. The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 17 degrees Celsius," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
According to Northern Railway, 28 trains arriving at Delhi were running late, while three from the capital were rescheduled.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 97 percent.
Saturday's maximum temperature was recorded at 15.7 degrees Celsius - five notches below the season's average and minimum temperature was recorded at 11 degrees Celsius.
