"Doctor Who" actor Sylvester McCoy will mesmerise his Indian fans at the fifth annual edition of the Mumbai Film & Comic Con (MFCC) next month.
McCoy will be seen taking special sessions, signing posters and speaking to fans at the MFCC 2015, which will take place on December 19 and 20 in Goregaon here.
The Scottish actor, best known for playing the seventh incarnation of Doctor Who in BBC's long-running science fiction television series "Doctor Who" from 1987 to 1989 also gained fame for his role as the Wizard Radagast the Brown in Peter Jackson's film adaptation of "The Hobbit".
"Hello India, hello Mumbai, I'm looking forward to coming to seeing you. I'm coming over in December, I'll be seeing you on 19th and 20th December," McCoy said in a statement.
The two-day event will also feature over 200 exhibitors, including artists, writers and creators from across India and abroad.
Famous international personalities and comic book guests like Rob Denbleyker, author of "Cyanide & Happiness"; American comic book writer and screenwriter Joe Harris will be attending and taking special sessions at the MFCC 2015.

The main participants for the MFCC 2015 include Campfire Graphic Novels, Holy Cow Entertainment, HarperCollins Publishers India, Viz Media (Simon & Schuster India), Pop Culture Publishing and Scholastic India.
Fans will find a dedicated "Artist Alley" at MFCC 2015 like last year. It is a zone, exclusively featuring artists from all over India which will feature names like Nikhil Das Gupta, Abhijeet Kini, Saumin Suresh Patel, Reshmi Chandrashekhar, Raviraj Naik, Parth Kothekar, Leena Swamy among others.
Around 10 new titles will be launched at the convention this year.
There will also be international exhibitors like DC, Dark Horse & Vertigo Comics by Random House India.
Anime and manga merchandise from Japan's IINE Toys along with Indian merchandisers, including Comic Con India Store, Funk For Hire, Graphicurry, The Souled Store, F Gali, Beer Studio, Captain Kyso, Fukwaas, Hungover, Something Sketchy, Hoozinc, Mighty Mojo, Bornsense, among others will also be present at the convention.
