Drizzle in Delhi causes traffic jams

Drizzle on Thursday morning caused traffic jams in different parts of the national capital.

The minimum temperature was recorded at 19.7 degrees Celsius.

"Because of the rain there was a huge jam near Noida Sector 71 red-light signal. I was to office because of the jam. I had to wait at the signal for at least 10 minutes," said Manoj Mishra, whose office is at Sector 16, Noida.

The Met Office has forecast a partly cloudy day.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 30 degrees Celsius and minimum at 17 degrees Celsius. The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 80 percent.

Wednesday's maximum temperature was recorded at 31.9 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature settled at 17.5 degrees Celsius.
