The District Town Planner (DTP) was on Wednesday ordered to visit a builder here and inspect the allegations of environmental violations filed by locals, an official said.
The Chairman of Allottees Grievances Redressal Forum (AGRF), Vinay Pratap Singh, who is also Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram, held a meeting with authorities for redressal of complaints of allottees of the licensed colonies.
On the complaint of Sunder Lal against 'Make Waves Sea Resort', Surya Vihar Society in Dundahera here, Singh ordered a DTP team to visit the site to check violations of the National Green Tribunal directions and file a report within a week.
Lal also complained that the firm was demanding and collecting common area charges without obtaining completion certificate and occupation certificate from the government.
"Six grievances were discussed at the meeting that was attended by senior officials of the DTP Department, representatives from accused firms and builders including complainants," R.S. Sangwan, Deputy Director of Haryana's Public Relations Department, told IANS.
Singh ordered colonizer Spaze Towers on Sohna road in Sector 47 to reply point-wise within two weeks against the complaint raising the issues pertaining to alleged illegal charging of external development charge, internal development charge and others for super area.

Grievances against other companies were also discussed at the meeting.
