The Duchess of Cambridge was rushed to hospital early Monday morning after going into labour.
According to dailymail.co.uk, she was taken to St Mary's Hospital in Paddington.
"The Duchess of Cambridge has been admitted this morning to St. Mary's Hospital, Paddington, London in the early stages of labour," a royal spokesman said, adding: "The Duchess travelled by car from Kensington Palace to the Lindo Wing with the Duke of Cambridge."
This is the same hospital where Princess Diana gave birth to both her sons.
The 31-year-old, whose maiden name was Kate Middleton, is expecting her first child with Prince Williams.
It is said that the birth of the child will be announced in a document displayed on the Buckingham Palace easel.
Middleton's mother Carole and sister Pippa are expected to be by her side during labour.
