Actor Dwayne Johnson's mother Ata Naivia-Johnson has been released from a hospital here after a recent accident.
She was recently hit by a drunk driver.
The "Hercules" star, who previously confirmed two of his family members were involved in a serious collision Aug 2 in Clermont, Florida, escorted Ata Naivia-Johnson home Tuesday morning and he is relieved that she will make a full recovery, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
He took to Instagram to share a photograph of himself helping his wheelchair-bound mom, and captioned it: "Takin' mama home. Banged up, but she's a tough one and will make a full recovery.
"Grateful to see her smile. And thank you guys for all the prayers, love and well wishes. #GratitudeAndBearHugs #ChoicesMatter #100PercentPreventable #DontDrinkAndDrive (sic)."
