An elderly couple was found murdered in their house in Telangana's Medak district, police said.
Ambaiah (75) and his wife Sushilamma (70) were allegedly stabbed to death by unidentified persons who broke into the house.
The incident occurred on the night of Friday and Saturday in Satyagama village. Police said the assailants escaped with cash and valuables.
The couple's son was staying in a newly constructed house in the village. The couple was living in their old house.
