Former chief executive officer of Italian group Finmeccanica Giuseppe Orsi, and former head of AgustaWestland Bruno Spagnolini were sentenced to jail for false accounting and corruption in deals, reports from Italy said.
Orsi was sentenced on Thursday by the Milan court to 4.5 years in jail while Spagnolini was given a four-year jail term on the same charges.
In 2014, Italian court investigating the case, acquitted the ex-IAF chief S.P. Tyagi of all corruption charges.
It had also acquitted former Finmeccanica CEO Giuseppe Orsi and former AgustaWestland head Bruno Spagnolini.
