At least four people were shot dead by a gunman in two separate but related shootings in Texas, US, Sky News reported Thursday.
The first attack, took place around 10.30 p.m. Wednesday night at a house on Long Canyon Trail in southwest Dallas where the gunman killed two people and wounded two more, police sources said.
The man was apparently looking for his former girlfriend, but she was not at home.
The suspect is then said to have driven seven miles to another house in the suburb of DeSoto where he shot dead two more people.
Authorities said a man, who initially claimed to be a victim, was arrested.
Police told media that the suspect only stopped shooting when he ran out of ammunition.
