The national capital witnessed the season's coldest day Friday with the maximum temperature registering 22.3 degrees Celsius - one notch below the season's average, the weatherman said.
The met office also forecast a cloudy Saturday with light rain and thunderstorm in some areas.
"Saturday morning will be misty with shallow fog while the day will be cloudy. Light rain with thunderstorm may occur in some parts of the capital," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The maximum and the minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 19 degrees and 8 degrees Celsius, respectively.
The IMD official also declared Friday as the season's coldest day. The minimum temperature Friday settled at 5.1 degrees Celsius, three notches below the average.
The maximum humidity was 91 percent.
Thursday's maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 22.8 degrees Celsius and 6.6 degree Celsius, respectively -- both average for the season.
