In a bid to offer delicious food at an economical price, a Delhi hotel is going all out to woo foodies with its Oriental Food Festival, promising them "delicious food from the Asian kitchens".
"The festival is designed to present best of the best menu to our guests at a very reasonable price. We make sure that the food served is healthy, tasty and not boring," Vikas Pant, executive chef of the Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar here told IANS on Saturday.
He said the best part of the festival was its rotational menu. "People get bored eating same things again and again hence we have tried to present a rotational menu wherein one can never see the same food being repeated again and again."
"Although we try our level best to maintain consistency in the food, the emphasis this time has been more on serving options to people under one roof," he added.
Among the dishes available at the festival are Cantonese-style Hot and Sour Soup, Kimchi salad, Som tam, Kumpao chicken, Schezwan style chicken, Thai curry, Batter fried fish with chili oyster sauce and many more from the Asian kitchens.
The ones with sweet tooth would not be disappointed as the chefs promise to serve delicate flavors of specially crafted desserts to relish their taste buds.
The festival ends on December, 7.
