Ghana will play Montenegro in an international friendly March 5 ahead of the FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
The match against the Brave Falcons of Montenegro forms part of the Black Stars' preparation for the World Cup which starts June 12. The game will be played at the Stadium Pod Goricum in the capital of Montenegro- Podgorica, reported Xinhua.
The friendly will precede another warm-up tie against the Netherlands which will be played at the Feyenoord Stadium in Rotterdam May 31.
Ghana will be embarking on their third successive World Cup campaign, having successfully impressed in qualification. They have been drawn in Group G alongside the US, Germany and Portugal.
The Black Stars will play their opening group game at the Arena das Dunas in Natal against the US which will be the third consecutive time the two sides are meeting in a World Cup, with Ghana winning both previous encounters.
The second group game against Germany will be the second consecutive time the two sides are meeting at the group stage after drawing each other in South Africa. A Mesut Ozil strike gave the three-time champions all the points in that encounter.
The last group game for Ghana will be against Portugal.
