Governor's Rule was on Saturday imposed in Jammu and Kashmir which is without a government following the death of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, officials said.
This is because Mehbooba Mufti has refused to take oath as the first woman Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir during mourning period.
The People's Democratic Party (PDP) on Friday had said that it would take at least four days for the swearing-in ceremony of the new Chief Minister.
