Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee President Ashok Tanwar has been shifted to the Ganga Ram Hospital here, hospital authorities said on Saturday.
Tanwar was taken to Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital after sustaining injuries during a scuffle here between his and former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda's supporters on October 6.
"Ashok Tanwar, President, Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee has been today admitted under the care of Ashish Goyal and his team from Department of Neuro and Spine Surgery," said D.S. Rana, Chairman, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in a statement.
He said Tanwar has suffered head and spine injuries.
"His condition is stable but under observation," said Rana.
