Electrical goods and appliances manufacturer Havells India on Monday said it posted a net profit of Rs.120.72 crore for the second quarter of 2015-16 against a profit of Rs.119.61 crore in the same period last year.
Net profit increased by 0.92 percent on a quarter-on-quarter basis.
According to the unaudited standalone financial results posted on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the company's total income from operations declined to Rs.1,349.82 crore from Rs.1,365.09 crore in Q2 2014 - 15.
Havells India incurred a total expenditure of Rs.1,186.33 crore in Q2 2015-16 against Rs.1,204.25 crore in the year ago quarter.
