Hong Kong cricketer Moner Ahmed has been reported for a suspected illegal bowling action.
Ahmed was reported by umpires Michael Gough, S. Ravi, Adrian Holdstock, John Ward and match referee Graeme La Brooy under the ICC Regulations for the Review of Bowlers Reported with Suspected Illegal Bowling Actions following his side's 29-run victory over Papua-New Guinea in the ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier here Thursday.
This is the second time that Ahmed has been reported during the tournament and he is now required to submit to an ICC analysis of his bowling action.
Following the first report, Ahmed was required to submit to a Home Board Analysis which concluded that Ahmed employed a legal action and was permitted to continue bowling.
