Even as top Congress leaders on Friday courted arrest here and targeted the Narendra Modi government in the backdrop of the AgustaWestland scam, Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad returned fire, saying India's Grand Old Party was in the habit of terming any probe against them as an attack on country's democracy.
"How can it be that when an investigation is sought against their wrongdoing, they (Congress) would term it as an attack on country's democracy," the minister said at a press conference here.
Prasad also said that there had been no corruption charges as such against the present National Democratic Alliance regime ever since they took over in May 2014.
