Actress Helen George doesn't think she could ever go out in public without make-up because she thinks she looks like a "mouse."
"I'm not one of those girls who can go make-up free. I've got small features and I look like a mouse if I don't use anything," George told mirror.co.uk.
However, the 31-year-old actress has started paying more attention to her beauty regime since she hit the third decade of her life as she is worried about the future of her skin.
"I'm really into serums and eye creams now, and every two weeks I have a facial which is like a deep tissue massage. It really hurts and the lady even puts her fingers inside your mouth to do it. I didn't believe it was going to make a difference, but it really does," she said.
But although she is keen to keep her youthful glow for as long as possible, she is sure she will never turn to Botox to banish her wrinkled and dehydrated complexion.
The "Scar Tissue" star added: "Some of my friends have started using Botox and I think, 'I actually really don't want this.' It's such a risk as a screen actress, I don't want to ruin my career."
