Singer Miley Cyrus has emphatically denied being a "ratchet white girl" who loves to party, saying that she works really hard for the fame she has achieved.
The 20-year-old, who came into limelight with ger show "Hannah Montana", has belted out songs like "When I look at you", "The Climb" and "Stay" in her career, but she is unhappy with the way she is perceived, reports dailymail.co.uk.
"People have this misconception of me that I'm just one of these kids on TV and that now I go off and party and I'm just this ratchet white girl, and I'm not," Cyrus said.
"I work really really hard, I'm just in a different environment. I'm young and living and in Los Angeles, which is everyone's dream, you know," she added.
