Mumbai Women's International Film Festival (MWIFF) will honour actress and singer Ila Arun and make-up artist Charu Khurana with MWIFF Excellence Award.
Film editor Namrata Rao will also be felicitated at the closing ceremony of the festival here Dec 13.
The eight-day festival aims to promote female filmmakers and provide them an international platform. And, the award is a way to celebrate achievements of women who inspire others.
Namrata, who has worked in films like "Jab Tak Hai Jaan", "Kahaani" and "Band Baaja Baaraat", was ecstatic about the honour, but felt she still has a lot to do.
"I'm very happy to get the MWIFF award. It's an appreciation for my work, though I also feel that I have a lot to discover and hopefully, still a lot to create in the field," said Namrata in a statement.
Charu, who fought for the right of female make-up artists in Bollywood, felt the honour is an encouraging sign.

"It will be encouraging for many other women like me," Charu said.
The festival, organised by Oculus Creations and hosted by Maharashtra Tourism development Corporation (MTDC), will also honour women who have participated in the festival.
