Global software major Infosys Ltd on Wednesday announced it had signed a multi-year contract with Germany's Deutsche Bank AG.
"We will be a strategic vendor of Deutsche Bank to provide a host of IT services under its supplier partnership programme unveiled over a year ago," the city-based tech firm said in a statement here.
Chief information officer Kim Hammonds said the bank was committed to apply innovative technology to enhance its efficiency and service its clients.
"Working with Infosys will help us achieve our goals," said Hammonds.
Infosys vice-president and financial services global head Mohit Joshi said the new deal would strengthen the company's ties with the German bank.
As a global banking and financial services firm, the Frankfurt-based bank operates in 70 countries and has over 100,000 employees.
