The Chinese foreign ministry on Friday announced that Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif will pay an official visit to the country on Tuesday.
According to ministry spokesperson Hong Lei, Zarif will visit China at the invitation of his counterpart Wang Yi, Xinhua news agency reported.
The two sides will discuss the implementation of the recently reached nuclear deal, as well as other regional and international issues of common concern, he said.
They will also exchange opinions on how China and Iran can strengthen their relations and cooperate more, Hong added.
