A man suspected to be connected to terror outfit IS was detained in Himachal Pradesh's Kullu district on Saturday by an NIA team, police said.
Abeeb Khan, of Bengalauru and a suspected member of Islamic State, was picked up by a team of the National Investigation Agency. He used to visit a church regularly in Sidhwan in Banjar.
"He's currently under interrogation by the NIA. No case has been registered so far," a senior state police official told IANS.
He said the NIA had arrested two suspects in New Delhi and Khan was in touch with them for the past few months.
