On the 17th anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts, author J.K. Rowling delivered a heartfelt apology to "Harry Potter" fans for the Weasley twin's tragic death.
The author took to her micro-blogging website Twitter on Saturday, she wrote, "Today I would just like to say: I'm really sorry about Fred. *Bows head in acceptance of your reasonable ire*."
When a fan named Brieuc Toudic asked her, "What about Tonks, Lupin?"
The 49-year-old replied, "I thought I might apologise for one death per anniversary. Fred was the worst for me, so I started with him."
Other fans seemingly couldn't accept Rowling's apology.
A fan, Lisa Thompson tweeted, "@jk_rowling i think that's the one I couldn't forgive you for :(."
