After successfully establishing its brand as a free literary festival, Jaipur Literature Festival(JLF) is heading to Boulder in Colorado in 2015 to marry dynamic publishing industry of Asia and Latin America with literary luminaries of the US.

With the aim of discovering another world, the three-day festival titled "JLF@Boulder" will be held Sep 18-20 and this brand extension would bring together Indian-American authors, Asian authors and Latin American authors to explore fluidity of language in a literary landscape.

"Publishing scene in the US is different from rest of the world, especially Commonwealth countries. This is an avenue and a platform to discover a different facet of literature," Sanjoy Roy, managing director of Teamwork Arts and producer of the JLF, told IANS.

"We plan to have authors from India, Pakistan, China, Japan, with special focus on Latin American writing," he added.

This news comes after the festival left its first international imprint with its day-long event as part of Alchemy, the Southbank Centre's festival of South Asian culture, in London.

But Roy is clear that they won't replicate the format of JLF, but some ideas will be transported to the US event.
