Screenwriter and producer James Schamus has been named the jury president for the 64th Berlin International Film Festival starting Feb 6.
The 54-year-old will oversee Berlin's international jury which votes for the winners of the festival's coveted gold and silver Bear honours, reports hollywoodreporter.com.
Schamus will be joined by two-time Oscar winner Christoph Waltz, "Skyfall" producer Barbara Broccoli, French director Michel Gondry and Danish actress Trine Dyrholm in the jury panel.
Last year's Berlin jury president was Chinese director Wong Kar Wai whose jury awarded the 2013 Golden Bear to Romanian tragicomedy "Child's Pose".
