Actress Kate Hudson says she once craved sugar like an "addict".
Asked how she stays in great shape, Hudson told Jimmy Choo while shooting the autumn/winter collection for the luxury brand: "I would say cutting sugar, or at least being aware of how much you are ingesting in a day and limiting it.
"That was an eye opener for me, I realised I was craving it (sugar) like an addict around 4pm every day. I would crave something sweet and it hit me how much sugar we really eat," she added.
But it's not just down to following a balanced and nutritious diet as Hudson also makes sure she lives an active lifestyle and banishes the stress by meditating daily.
