Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta was on Wednesday accorded a ceremonial welcome at Rashtrapati Bhavan here, an official said.
President Pranab Mukherjee welcomed the visiting dignitary who was presented an impressive Guard of Honour on the Rashtrapati Bhavan forecourt.
Kenyatta, here on a three-day state visit, later met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Hyderabad House for official-level talks.
The Kenyan President, who is accompanied by several of his Ministers, arrived in India on January 10. He attended the inaugural session of the three-day Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2017 at Gandhinagar which was declared open by Modi on Tuesday.
Kenyatta is also scheduled to meet Vice President Hamid Ansari, Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar during his stay here.
