With two goals from Enrique "Kike" Garcia Martinez, Eibar thrashed Girona 4-1 on Saturday in the 36th round of La Liga.
Both teams still have hopes of finishing the Spanish league in a Europa League qualifying spot, reports Efe.
Eibar took an early 1-0 lead with a goal from Kike just nine minutes into the match.
The Eibar forward struck again in the 38th minute, but Girona defender Aday Benitez narrowed the gap with his side's lone goal in the 56th minute.
With 10 minutes to go, Eibar's Joan Jordan and Takashi Inui sealed the win, scoring in the 80th and 89th minutes, respectively.
Eibar now hold 10th place in the La Liga standings with 47 points, just one point behind ninth-placed Girona, who have suffered two defeats and a draw in their last three matches.

Girona is three points behind seventh-placed Sevilla, which guards a position that assures it a spot in the next Europa League edition.
