Dutch football league leaders Feyenoord drew 1-1 against traditional rivals Ajax here on Sunday, keeping a five-point gap at the top of the table.
Kasper Dolberg had given the Amsterdam side the lead before veteran Dirk Kuyt scored the equaliser for the home team Feyenoord in the 85th minute.
Feyenoord, which had won the first nine matches of the season, were the better team in the first half, but wasted several chances, reports Xinhua.
Bilal Basacikoglu had the best opportunity as the forward but failed to beat Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana in a one-on-one situation.
In the second half Ajax took control and in the 55th minute the visitors from Amsterdam scored. Hakim Ziyech crossed and Kasper Dolberg found the net after the 19-year-old striker beat Feyenoord defender Jan-Arie van der Heijden.
Feyenoord pushed Ajax back in the final phase and got the goal they wanted in the 85th minute. The 36-year-old captain Kuyt earned his team a draw in the most classic match of Dutch football, the first encounter between the long-time rivals this season.

After their first draw of the season Feyenoord now lead the standings with 28 points after 10 matches.
