The third flash sale of Chinese smartphone maker LeEco's budget smartphone Le 1s on Tuesday ended in barely nine seconds with a record order of 55,000 units.
The response to the silver Le 1s with 4,23,000 pre-sale registrations has proved its popularity than the gold colour version. LeEco has achieved a cumulative 20,28,000 registrations in its three flash sales.
"We believe that with this third highly successful outcome, LeEco has lived up to its global reputation of being a market disruptor and game changer. We are delighted with the huge vote of confidence that Indian consumers have given us," Atul Jain, COO, smart electronics business, LeEco India said in a statement.
The company's high-end smartphone Le Max was also available on Open sale on Flipkart on Tuesday and it was also sold out. "Le Max, the top-selling premium Superphone, which joins the sales in India for the first time, has proved to be a strong contender," Jain added.
The company sold 70,000 Le 1s devices during its first flash sale in a flat two seconds and 95,000 smartphones in 20 seconds during the second flash sale on e-tail major Flipkart.
LeEco had on January 20 launched two "superphones" -- Le Max and Le 1S -- in the Indian market.

The Le 1s with all its features and a price of Rs.10,999 is a good buy.

The phone boasts of 2.2 GHz Octa-core Mediatek MT6795 Helio X10 processor with PowerVR G6200 GPU and 3GB DDR3 RAM with 5.5-inch display and 32GB storage.
It has 13-megapixel auto focus rear camera with ISOCELL technology and blue glass infrared filter and 5-megapixel front camera, dual 4G/LTE, 3,000 mAH battery and a mirror-finish fingerprint identification system.
